J.C. Hendrickson has been a member of the MARC Riders' Advisory Council since 2018, where he represents the MARC Penn Line riders.

J.C. has worked in Washington, D.C. for 12 years, focusing on transportation and other public policy issues for non-profit organizations and members of Congress. He earned his graduate degree from George Washington University and undergraduate degree from American University.

Throughout his career, J.C. has studied transportation policy and practice from federal, state, and international perspectives - including traveling to Japan to research the country's approach to mass transit.

J.C. Hendrickson lives in Elkridge with his wife and son. Previously, he has lived in Baltimore and Washington, DC, but was raised in Middletown, New York.
